More than just a walk…
Walking is complemented by other practices that help us immerse ourselves fully in the landscape: yoga each morning, tarn swimming if conditions allow and hill-based activities like ghyll scrambling.
How we eat matters. We take our food seriously – sourcing locally, cooking unhurried meals, and sharing good food and good wine together. Much of what matters emerges not in formal sessions, but around the table.
