three days, three nights

Over three days, we move between Base Camp and the hills in a rhythm that supports both reflection and restoration.

Day 1 – Establishing Base Camp

Day One is about stepping out of everyday life and planting our feet on the ground.

A gentle walk helps us settle into the landscape and into ourselves, creating space to notice where we are right now: what we have physically, mentally and emotionally.

There’s no pressure to go deep; this day is about grounding, orientation and beginning to wander together.

Day 2 – Exploring the Wild Hills

Day Two takes us further into the hills and into the heart of the Wander.

A longer walk offers perspective and space to reflect on direction, not in terms of fixed plans, but how you want to live and where you want to direct your energy.

Along the way, we explore ideas around balance and purpose, allowing insights to surface naturally through movement, conversation and time spent on the hill.

Day 3 – Returning & wandering on

The final day is about integration and return.

A shorter walk brings what you’ve discovered back into everyday life, supported by reflection and practical considerations of what comes next.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a ‘route card’ to follow - clear enough to guide you, flexible enough to change.

Wander on.

We can organise a Wander anywhere were there are hills: the Lake District, Scotland, the Brecons, Snowdonia or futher afield. You just tell us where you want to Wander.

The same goes for accommodation, typically we use houses that give us direct access to the hills. We prefer houses to hotels as they allows us to cook. Good ingredients, cooked with care and shared together are central to the Wander. We source thoughtfully, cook simply and eat well. Some of the best moments of the Wander happen around the table, where conversation goes easily with the food and wine.

And if you want to venture a bit further we can also build in wild camping.

How you’ll feel afterwards…

“Wandering along high ridges felt like being connected to this planet in both a familiar and spiritual way…i returned more alive and clearer about where i’m going.”
